Emotional Freedom Technique


What is Emotional Freedom Technique? 


EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Technique and it a powerful healing modality that can be used by anyone. It is often called tapping, or psychological acupressure because it involves tapping on acupressure points while talking about a specific problem, physical pain, emotion, or traumatic incident. EFT uses elements of exposure therapy, cognitive therapy, and acceptance as well as tapping.

You do not need a licensed practitioner to try out EFT. In fact you can do it on your own right now by referencing this free manual: http://www.eftuniverse.com/images/pdf_files/EFTMiniManual.pdf However, having a trained professional can be very helpful, especially when trauma is involved.

Research has shown that EFT is effective in reducing symptoms from PTSD, Anxiety, Phobias, Depression, and physical pain.
